Therapy for Anxiety, Stress, and Life Transitions in South Carolina & Vermont
Things can look fine on paper and still feel off
A lot of the people I work with are functioning.
They’re showing up, doing what they’re supposed to be doing.
But internally it’s more like:
overthinking everything, feeling stuck, getting overwhelmed easily, or just not feeling like themselves.
That’s usually where we start.
Support for Anxiety, Stress, and Life Transitions
Most of the work we do tends to center around:
anxiety & overthinking that doesn’t really shut off
stress or burnout that builds up over time
depression or feeling low / unmotivated
self-worth and being hard on yourself
life transitions (college, career, identity shifts)
relationship and communication patterns
It doesn’t have to fit neatly into one category.
A lot of it overlaps, and we figure out what’s actually going on together.
A Straightforward, Collaborative Approach to Therapy
Therapy with me is pretty conversational.
We’re not just venting, but we’re also not turning everything into a clinical breakdown.
It’s more about slowing things down enough to understand what’s happening, noticing patterns, and making small shifts that actually stick.
You don’t need to come in with a clear explanation of what’s wrong.
Most people don’t.
Therapy for Teens, College Students, and Adults
I primarily work with teens, college students, and adults who are used to holding a lot together.
A lot of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and maybe a little hard on themselves. They’re trying to figure things out- whether that’s navigating a transition, managing stress, or just wanting to feel more steady day to day.
I focus on individual therapy, so this space is really about you- your patterns, your experiences, and what’s been hard to sort through on your own.
In-Person Therapy in Conway, South Carolina & Virtual Therapy in Vermont
I’m based in Conway, South Carolina, where I offer in-person sessions (or virtual, if you prefer) in a calm, private setting.
I also work with clients across Vermont through virtual therapy, which makes it easier to stay consistent without needing to factor in travel or location.
Both options are designed to feel straightforward and accessible- so therapy can fit into your life in a way that actually works.
Insurance & Payment
I accept several insurance plans for clients located in Vermont, including MVP, Cigna Behavioral Health, Vermont Medicaid, CBA Blue, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont.
For clients in South Carolina, I am currently in-network with Aetna and in the process of credentialing with additional plans.
If you’re unsure about your coverage, we can look at that together or I can help you figure out next steps.
